Registration Policies:
Event Access
Access to the virtual event platform opens on December 9. You will be sent instructions on how to use the platform via email from noreply@swapcard.com. Please whitelist this email address by adding this address to your approved senders list.
Cancellations, Substitutions, Downgrades, and Upgrades
Requests for registration refunds must be received before November 15. Refunds are not available after this date and are not available for no-shows. Conference Passes (Attendees) are subject to a $75 service charge.
Discount/Promotion Code Usage
Only one discount/promotion code is allowed per registration at the time of registration, and no codes may be added after registration has been completed.
Program Changes
Informa Tech, producers of Wards Intelligence Q4 Outlook Conference, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrolment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
Session Recording Policy
Audio and/or video recording of conference sessions, including recording on mobile phone devices and screen recording software, is prohibited. Recording after the first five minutes is strictly prohibited.
Virtual Events
When attending our virtual events if you enter or interact with a virtual exhibition booth your personal information will be shared with the exhibitor to allow them to engage with you both during and after the event. If you accept a connection/meeting invite, interact with sponsored content (e.g. attend live session, download or bookmark companies/content) then your full contact details will be shared directly with the sponsor or exhibitor and they may follow-up in line with your indication of interest in their products.
